The modular setup of Leadership 113 is a training course where the classes fall under one of the following modules: Leadership, Evangelism, Discipleship, Biblical Studies, and Christian Living. The training is designed to prepare and equip Victory group leaders to be more effective in their ministry roles.
Leadership 113 was coined based on 2 Timothy 1:13, wherein Paul commanded Timothy to keep the pattern of sound words, teaching, and doctrine that he had heard. This is also our prayer and heart for those who will be trained, instructed, and equipped through this course.
MODULES
LEADERSHIP MODULE
This module equips students with a biblical foundation for leadership by exploring Christian character, mission, values, and biblical leadership principles and skills. It also introduces basic homiletics to help leaders communicate God’s Word effectively.
EVANGELISM MODULE
This module focuses on sharing the Gospel with confidence, clarity, and biblical accuracy. Students also learn apologetics and develop skills for Spirit-empowered ministry to reach others faithfully and effectively.
DISCIPLESHIP MODULE (ongoing registration; class starts on March 7, 2026)
This module emphasizes spiritual growth and transformation through biblical disciplines and healthy relationships. Students learn the process of change and how to disciple others in a Christ-centered way.
BIBLICAL STUDIES 1 MODULE
This module provides an overview of the Old and New Testaments and introduces basic principles of biblical interpretation (hermeneutics). Students gain a foundational understanding of Scripture and how to study it accurately.
BIBLICAL STUDIES 2 MODULE
This module explores church history and essential Christian doctrines. Students deepen their theological understanding and learn how core beliefs have shaped the church across time.
CHRISTIAN LIVING MODULE
This module applies biblical truth to everyday life, focusing on faith, family, and victorious Christian living. Students learn how to live out their faith with integrity in personal and relational areas.
